- It all started 16 years ago when I grabbed a pair of my mom's best kitchen scissors and decided to give my favorite Barbie a whole new look....the rest is history! Okay, maybe Barbie's hair was a little choppy by the end, but from that moment on I knew I wanted to do hair. So here I am, 16 years later with a license in my hand and a passion in my heart!
